The Atrisco Cafe & Bar is a friendly, neighborhood New Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our philosophy is simple recipes, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. We cater to the tastes of Santa Feans who love authentic New Mexican red and green chile, but also offer a small but carefully crafted selection of American dishes such as burgers, Southwest Chicken Salad, and Meat Loaf.
Our focus is on simple recipes that bring out the flavor of quality ingredients. Our chile is New Mexico grown and we make our famous red chile from sun-dried whole pods grown by the Delgado family in the village of Salem. We also feature sopaipillas with local, raw, B’s Honey, lamb from New Mexican and Colorado ranchers, and ground beef that is raised locally and humanely.
